Intro

My name is Ping and I’m in my second year DMD student at NSU dental school in Florida. When I first started the application process over in 2004, I found there wasn't step-by-step information on the web on how to get into dental school. This site is a way for me to share how I got in to all three of my schools,

* Nova Southeastern University,
* West Virginia University, and
* University of Florida;


including information like:

* picking a dental school and their statistics;
* my application, essays, and grades;
* advice on how to shadow dentists;
* taking and studying for the DAT;
* filling out the AADSAS application;
* interview advice;
* and what happens next, like teeth collection and immunizations.
